Danielle "Dani"
CEO/ Director of Design
Danielle Scott is the Founder and CEO of The Styled Hause, Inc., an interior design firm she launched in 2019 after a distinguished career in the federal government, where she served in multiple leadership roles in communications and civil rights. Holding both a B.S. and M.S. from Towson University, Danielle brings the same dedication to equity, clarity, and vision into her design work. Since stepping into the world of interiors, she has cultivated a passion for transforming spaces and has led a large range of commercial and residential projects nationwide. Known for her signature approach—luxury, modern, contemporary chic infused with a hint of opulence—Danielle creates environments that are as inspiring as they are functional and accessible.

Micheal
Chief Operating Officer
Michael A. Pollard is a seasoned federal affairs and community engagement strategist with over 17 years of leadership at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, most recently serving as a Senior Policy Advisor in the Office for Civil Rights and CivilLiberties. He has directed high-stakes initiatives across civil rights, legislative affairs, and intergovernmental relations—building trusted relationships with Congress, state andlocal governments, and national stakeholders. Known for advancing complex policy discussions and delivering solution-focused dialogue, Michael excels at strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and communications that bridge government priorities with community needs. He currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of The Styled Hause.

A proud Morgan State University graduate and dedicated mother, Mary currently works for one of the world’s largest media and tech companies. But for the past 6 years, she’s been walking in her true passion — event planning and project management — helping organizations bring bold visions to life and leading operations with purpose and precision.

Aliehs
Guest Designer
Aliehs Terrae Quattlebaum is a naturally gifted creative individual who skillfully combines her passion for interior design with her certification in Project Management and 10+ years working in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry at various firms in DC. Alongside her professional experience as an Assistant Project Manager for a Developer, she is also a Certified Interior Decorator. Her work includes projects such as MGM National Harbor, Canopy by Hilton at The Wharf DC, The Rubell Museum DC, and a host of other residential, historical, and mixed-use projects across DC, MD, and VA.
She takes great pleasure in the design process from inception to completion, adeptly managing client expectations through consistent communication. Aliehs is an attentive listener and exceptionally organized. Her meticulous nature grants her a unique ability to work with structure and balance, along with the drive to deliver projects that surpass expectations. You can be confident that she will make your project radiate with Opulence!

Noel, a natural creative with an eye for flow and function. She loves transforming ideas into tangible spaces, with her strong foundation in space planning and schematic design. With a background in program management and commercial interior build outs, she brings structure to creativity, ensuring every detail feels intentional. Her style leans modern and elevated—clean layouts with thoughtful touches that make each design feel personal. She believes great design is equal parts beauty and practicality, and she always sprinkles in just the right amount of sophistication to make a space shine.

Creative Director, Styled Hause Productions
Danielle Stith is the Creative Director of The Style Hause Productions, bringing over a decade of experience in the event and creative industries. With a career rooted in concept development, experiential design, and cultural storytelling, Danielle has played a key role in producing dynamic events and brand driven experiences that connect people through purpose and creativity.
Throughout her 10+ years in the event industry, Danielle has contributed to a wide range of projects in collaboration with notable organizations and platforms including AT&T’s Dream in Black, HBO, The Metropolitan Police Department, Diner in Blanc, Houston Nightlife, and more. Her work spans corporate activations, pop-up events, nightlife, cultural events, branded experiences, and community focused programming.

Graphic Design Specialist
Alyssa Conover is a graphic designer and recent graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, where she earned a degree in Graphic Design. With a lifelong passion for art and over five years of freelance experience, Alyssa brings creativity, versatility, and thoughtful problem-solving to every project.
Her freelance work spans a wide range of disciplines, including tattoo design, album artwork, and custom sneaker design. These projects allow her to blend personal expression with strong visual storytelling. She also has experience with more technical design work, such as creating landscaping designs for building permit applications, strengthening her ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.
